Questions

Is the Sandbox a trial?
No. It does not expire and never turns into a charge. It is a small, permanent plan for building and testing.
What happens at the daily limit?
Calls answer 429 quota_exceeded until 00:00 UTC, unless you hold a call pack, which carries on at once.
What does annual add?
A lower price (13–17% less than twelve monthly payments) and 25% more calls and events every day.
How do cancelling, switching and refunds work?
Cancel any time in the billing portal: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. A plan switch starts at your next renewal unless you choose to start an upgrade today. Payments are final, with one exception: once per card, a renewal you have not used is refunded if you ask within 48 hours of it. A duplicate charge made in error is refunded automatically.
