Privacy policy

This policy covers your OneLifeVibe account (accounts.onelifevibe.com), the OneLifeVibe website
(onelifevibe.com) and the OneLifeVibe assistant connector (onelifevibe.com/mcp). Each of the
websites you can sign in to with OneLifeVibe also has its own privacy policy for what you do there.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, your name, a password hash (Argon2; we never store your password) or, if you choose Google, your Google account id and the name and email Google shares with us.
- Security and sessions: sign-in events with IP address, browser and time, kept for 30 days to protect your account (for example against password guessing), and the sessions you have open.
- Connections: which OneLifeVibe websites you have signed in to, and which assistants (such as Meta Muse) you have allowed to use your account, with the permissions you granted.
The onelifevibe.com website itself sets no cookies. Your browser stores small preferences (such as your passport stamps) locally on your device; we never receive them.
How we use it
- To sign you in to OneLifeVibe and to the websites you choose, and to keep you signed in across them.
- To send account emails (email verification, password reset). We do not send marketing email from OneLifeVibe.
- To keep accounts secure and to investigate abuse.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising profiles, or use it to train AI models.
Who receives it
- A website you sign in to receives your OneLifeVibe account id, name, verified email, a session id (so signing out of OneLifeVibe signs you out there too) and whether you used Google, so it can create or find your account there. It receives nothing about your activity on other websites.
- Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google".
- An assistant you connect receives only the results of the actions you ask it to take, with the permissions you approved (read only, or read and act). You can disconnect it at any time.
- Service providers that run our infrastructure: Contabo (servers in France) and Cloudflare (network, security and delivery).
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your account exists. Sign-in events are deleted after 30 days. Assistant access expires after 30 days of no use and after 90 days at most. When you delete your account, your OneLifeVibe data is deleted; the websites you used keep their own accounts until you delete them there.
Your choices and rights
- See and change your details, sign out of sessions, and disconnect assistants in your account.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for deletion at support@onelifevibe.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you also have rights to correct, restrict or object, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Everything travels over TLS, passwords are hashed, sign-in attempts are rate limited, and every website and assistant gets only the minimum it needs. If a security incident affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
OneLifeVibe accounts are for adults 18 and over. Children's profiles on family websites stay inside those websites and never get a OneLifeVibe account.
