Event ingest

An endpoint where trusted producers publish their own events into a shared log.

At OneLifeVibe

• Each website in the network can publish its own events with POST /api/platform/v1/ingest, authenticated with that website's ingest key, never a client key. The world is taken from the key, so a website can never publish as another.
• topic must look like order.placed and data is capped at 32 KB. The answer is 202 with the event id and how many endpoints it was queued for; subscribers receive it as world.event.
